"Poor Customer Service"
The product was never received nor a refund issued. The company failed to help resolve the issue until my financial instution was contracted. Would not recommend this company based on the lack of customer service received.

"Really impressed with the quality"
I’ve ordered a few things now i feel really good about recommending them. The fabric is soft, the colors look just like the photos, and nothing feels cheap or thrown together. One of the mugs I got was packed really securely too, which gave me even more confidence in the whole experience. For the price, the quality was better than I expected. I’d definitely buy again.

"Cute things, good vibes"
I like Natural Life for those cute little gifts and comfy clothes that just feel happy, you know? Not over the top, just fun and easy. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, but everything arrived nicely packed. I’d definitely order again for birthdays, or just for a small pick-me-up

"Pretty quick order, just one small mix-up"
My order from Natural Life showed up faster than I expected, which was nice. Most of the stuff was right too, the colors and sizes on the main things were what I picked. There was one small item that wasn’t quite what I had chosen, so that was a little annoying. I mean, it wasn’t a huge problem or anything, but I was expecting the whole order to be accurate

I really like the colors on the site, they just feel nice to look at. as I was clicking around, everything felt easy to figure out. I kind of started browsing without thinking too much about where to go next, which is usually a good sign.

I ordered a few cute gifts and they were kinda exactly what I was hoping for. Everything looked just like the pictures online, and the colors were pretty much the same in person. The size info was accurate too, so there weren’t any weird surprises. I really appreciated that and would definitely order again

I had to return something and thought the refund might drag on forever, but it came through after a few days. Customer service got back to me and kept things straightforward, which I appreciated. I did have to follow up once, so it wasn’t flawless, but overall it was handled fine and I’d call it a decent experience.

The sizing was actually right and it fit comfortably on me, which was a relief. I was half expecting it to be off somehow, so that was nice. Still, I’m a little skeptical about how it’ll hold up after a few washes, but for now the fit is good...

I ordered a few clothing pieces from Natural Life and I have to say, they’re really comfy. The fabric is super soft, the fit is easy, and nothing feels tight or scratchy, which I love. I’ve been wearing them around the house a ton. The only thing that frustrated me was the waiting, I kept checking for updates because I was excited to get them. Once they finally arrived, though, I was happy with everything

"Cute items, but I wish there was more to pick from"
I do really like the overall style of Natural Life, and maybe I’m just being picky because I was trying to find a gift last minute, but the selection felt a little limited to me. A lot of the items had the same kind of look, and I was hoping there’d be more choices, especially for clothes and gift ideas. Some sections just didn’t have much I’d actually choose. It’s definitely not a bad site, I just wish there was a bit more variety.

"Helpful Tracking, But Watch for Delays"
Just a heads up if you’re ordering from Natural Life: the tracking updates are easy to follow, and I did appreciate getting notifications when my order shipped and when it was out for delivery.
That said, my package sat in the same spot for a couple of days with no update, which was a little frustrating. It did arrive fine in the end, but I’d definitely give yourself extra time if you need your order by a certain date.

"Waiting around made it worse"
I ordered from Natural Life and the items themselves were fine, but the whole experience with the staff was disappointing. I had to wait longer than I expected for replies, and when they finally got back to me, the messages felt short and kind of irritated, like I was bothering them just by asking.
I get that places get busy, but waiting around and then getting unfriendly responses really left a bad impression. I wasn’t expecting anything over the top, just some basic polite help and a little patience.

"Still one of my go-to shops"
I’ve ordered from Natural Life a handful of times now, i keep going back because their stuff is just so cute. It’s great for little gifts, and I like that the clothes and accessories usually look like they do in the photos, which isn’t always the case when shopping online.
The only thing I’d say is that shipping has been a little slow once or twice, so that’s why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. It hasn’t been a huge issue, though, and I’ll definitely still order again, especially when I spot something fun on sale...
